  MUSCLE HYPERTROPHY Muscle hypertrophy, often known as muscle building, is the process of growing the size of the skeletal muscle's constituent cells. Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, which emphasises greater muscle glycogen storage, and myofibrillar hypertrophy, which emphasises greater myofibril size, both contribute to hypertrophy. It is the primary component of activities linked to bodybuilding. Hypertrophy Stimulation hypertrophy stimuli forces muscle to increase it's volume which in turn result in more strength while training and resist muscle fatigue while in anaerobic condition.
